Emirates Astronomical Observatory (EAO) is a private observatory resort founded by Mr. Meshal Almutairi designed to serve students, researchers, amateur astrophotographers and tourists within the UAE and GCC to fulfil their studies and hobby in a complete professional and safe environment.

The principle area of activity is the research and experimental development on natural sciences to promote science in the fields of astronomy, provide research-based services and offer a protective location for amateur astronomers with their own telescopes away from the dangerous wildlife creatures of the desert.

Also, EAO aims to build a reliable and strategic partnership with the government of the UAE to be the leading middle east country in the field of Astronomy by supporting the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision, increasing awareness in the field of cosmology within school and university students, the UAE Mars project and many more.
